Terms of Use
Version of October 8, 2026
These terms apply between you and [RAZÃO SOCIAL] (CNPJ [CNPJ]) for GoOne on the web, the App Store and Google Play. By creating an account, you agree to them, to the Privacy Policy, the Code of Conduct and the Cookie Policy.
1. Account
- The account is personal. Sign-in is by a code sent to your email, or through Google or Apple; do not share the code with anyone.
- Players under 12 can only use the leaderboard, shareable certificates and the subscription after a parent or guardian authorizes the account. Teenagers should play with their guardians’ knowledge.
- You can delete your account whenever you like, inside the game. Deleting does not cancel a subscription made through Apple or Google: cancel it in the store first (see item 4).
2. Fair play
- Nicknames may not offend, impersonate another person or include personal data. Such nicknames may be changed or blocked by moderation.
- Do not use bots, automation, programs that change the game or exploits to gain an advantage. The server checks every move; suspicious games do not count for the leaderboard.
- Anyone who breaks these rules may have their ranking reset or their account suspended. You can appeal by email at contact@playgoone.com.
3. Free demo and subscription
Chapter I is free and ad-free, up to form 5 (Chick). The subscription unlocks the full journey: R$9.90 per month or R$99.90 per year, with 7 free days on the first subscription. Prices may change; a change only applies at the next renewal, with advance notice. Prices are charged in Brazilian reais (BRL); the store may show the converted amount.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is canceled. If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged.
- Anyone who stops subscribing keeps the form they reached and can replay levels already cleared, but cannot open new levels or evolve until subscribing again.
- The form you reached never goes backward, even if we change the game’s balance.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Subscription through the App Store or Google Play: cancel in your Apple or Google account subscriptions. Refunds follow the store’s rules.
- Subscription through the web: cancel in Subscription, Manage subscription. In the first 7 days after purchase you may withdraw and get your money back (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; until then, the subscription continues.
5. Gold bars and lives
- Gold bars and lives are virtual items in the game. You earn them by playing (with every evolution) and, if you subscribe, with every paid period, as shown on the Subscription page; you can also buy bars in the Shop.
- These items are licensed for use inside GoOne: they are not money, cannot be converted into money, and cannot be sold, traded or transferred to another account.
- Purchases through the app store (Apple or Google) follow the store’s refund rules. For purchases on the web, the 7-day right of withdrawal applies (Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code, art. 49) as long as the bars have not been used.
- If the account is deleted, lives and bars are lost with it.
6. Leaderboard and what other players see
The leaderboard and the mural show your nickname, your form and your score. We do not show your name, e-mail or age. Children under 12 without a guardian’s authorization stay off the leaderboard. Certificates are private until you choose to share them and can go back to private whenever you like. See more in the Privacy Policy.
7. Content and intellectual property
The characters, art, texts, levels, music and trademarks of GoOne belong to [RAZÃO SOCIAL]. You can play and share your certificates, but you may not copy, sell or present these materials as your own beyond what the law allows.
Forms, scores, certificates, lives, gold bars and leaderboard positions are part of the game experience: they are not property and have no cash value. The messages you send us remain yours; we use them only to reply and to improve the game.
8. If the rules are broken
The rules for getting along are in the Code of Conduct. Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, change or block the nickname, stop counting matches, reset the leaderboard, suspend the account or close it. When an account is closed for a serious breach, forms, lives and bars may be removed, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer. You can contest the decision at contact@playgoone.com.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the game always online, but there may be maintenance and failures. We may adjust levels, rules and the game’s balance to keep it fair and fun, and change or end parts of the service. If we end the game, we will give notice in advance and treat the value of subscriptions already paid proportionally.
We will give notice before important changes to these terms, in the game and by e-mail; continuing to play after the notice means you agree to the new version. This page always shows the version in force.
10. No ads
GoOne shows no advertising, not even to those who play the free demo. This is a commitment of the game, not a promotion.
11. Third-party links and transfer
The website and the game may point to pages of other companies (such as Apple, Google and the app stores). We do not control those pages and are not responsible for what they do. We may transfer these terms to another company, for example in a reorganization, without harming your rights; your account cannot be transferred.
12. General provisions
- These terms and the policies they mention are the whole agreement between you and GoOne about the game.
- If a part is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
- Not insisting on a rule on one occasion does not mean giving it up.
13. Questions, disputes and law
If something goes wrong, talk to us first at contact@playgoone.com: we try to solve it within 15 days. You can also go to your local consumer protection agency (Procon) or consumidor.gov.br.
Brazilian law applies. The courts of [COMARCA] are chosen, without prejudice to your right to sue in the place where you live, as a consumer. [RAZÃO SOCIAL], [ENDEREÇO COMPLETO].
