How to play

The basics fit in a minute. You find out the rest by playing.

Line up pieces

Swap two neighboring pieces by sliding your finger. Three or more of a kind in a row or column disappear, and the ones above fall. Every level has a number of moves and goals to meet.

Special pieces

Four in a row create a striped piece (striped background): when used, it clears the whole row or column. A T or an L creates the blast piece (checkered background), which explodes twice. Five in a row create the compass rose: swapped with a regular piece, it collects every piece of that element; swapped with a special piece, it spreads that piece across the element, one per row, column or square, and triggers them one by one.

Combos

Swap two neighboring special pieces and the effect is even bigger: two striped pieces clear the row and the column; striped with blast clears three rows and three columns; two compass roses clear the whole board.

Rocks and columns

Rocks do not move and crack from hits by neighboring matches. They have 1, 2 or 3 toughness. Some levels have special columns that generate special pieces to help you.

Lives and gold bars

You have 5 lives. Losing a level uses one, and each life comes back on its own in 30 minutes. Every evolution gives 10 gold bars, which you can use to refill a life, continue a level with extra moves and start with special pieces ready.

Out of moves?

When the moves run out, the game rolls the die for you: with luck, extra moves come in. If not, you can continue with gold or try again.
