Code of Conduct
Version of October 8, 2026
GoOne is a game for all ages, with many children and teenagers among the players. This code applies to nicknames, the leaderboard, the mural, messages sent through the contact form and any other space in the game and on the website. It complements the Terms of Use: the examples below are not a complete list.
1. Respect people
- No insults, harassment, threats, prejudice, discrimination, or sexual, violent or hateful content, in nicknames or in any text.
- Do not use the name of another person, of the GoOne team or of a brand to pass yourself off as them.
- Do not publish personal data of yours or of others (full name, phone, address, e-mail, school) in nicknames or messages.
2. Play fair
- Do not use bots, automation, programs that change the game or glitches to gain an advantage. The server checks every move.
- Do not create several accounts to climb the leaderboard, and do not sell, trade or lend your account, your gold bars or your position.
- Do not try to break into, overload or test the security of the game. If you find a flaw, tell us instead of exploiting it.
3. Look after younger players
- GoOne has no free chat on purpose. Even so, adults must not ask children and teenagers for data, photos or contact outside the game.
- Guardians can follow and authorize use by anyone under 12; see the For parents page.
4. Follow the law and respect rights
Follow the laws of your country and respect the rights of other people and companies, such as copyright and trademarks. Do not use GoOne for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. How to report
Saw something that does not follow this code? Write to contact@playgoone.com or use the Contact page. Tell us the nickname involved, when it happened and what you saw. Do not send passwords or login codes. We read everything and reply within 15 days; cases involving risk to a child come first.
6. What can happen
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, change or block a nickname, stop counting matches, reset the leaderboard, suspend the account or close it, as described in the Terms of Use. When a child is at risk or a crime is involved, we may contact the authorities. You can contest any decision at contact@playgoone.com.
